고객 요구사항
Veolia SARP Industries(SARPI)는 hazardous waste의 treatment와 recovery를 전담하는 Veolia의 전문 자회사입니다. 유럽의 référence player로서 SARPI는 10개 유럽 국가에서 110개 이상의 industrial site network를 운영하고, 매년 수백만 톤의 special waste를 처리하며, 10,000개 이상의 industrial client를 지원합니다.
그들의 업무는 energy recovery를 포함한 incineration, physico-chemical treatment, solvent and oil regeneration, site remediation, battery recycling 등 환경 및 보건 측면에서 매우 critical한 operation을 포함합니다. 이렇게 distributed industrial environment에서는 internal communication과 employee engagement가 구조적인 주제입니다.
필요한 것은 단순한 document portal보다 더 살아 있는 company intranet이었습니다. 그룹 news를 relay하고, 직원에게 information을 더 fluid하게 전달하며, participation과 internal engagement를 중심으로 gamified HR experience를 animate할 수 있어야 했습니다.
Bluesquare의 접근
우리는 internal social network처럼 설계된 Progressive Web App을 conception하고 development했습니다. Next.js type front framework와 맞춤형 HTML / CSS front를 사용해 mobile과 desktop에서 접근 가능한 interface, group communication을 배포하는 news feed, 직원들이 company internal life를 더 쉽게 consult, react, participate할 수 있는 interaction flows를 구축했습니다.
gamified HR dimension은 experience의 핵심에 통합되었습니다: animation mechanics, employee participation, content highlight, intranet을 classic top-down tool보다 일상적으로 더 유용하고 참여하고 싶게 만들기 위한 engagement scenarios.
또한 email communication을 위해 Brevo와, SMS notification을 위해 Twilio를 연결했습니다. 그리고 중요한 메시지가 적절한 channel을 통해 직원에게 도달할 수 있도록 Ubuntu Linux server에 맞춤형 hosting을 구성했습니다. 이는 모든 사용자가 workstation을 계속 확인하지 않는 industrial context에서도 중요했습니다.
현재 상황
플랫폼은 SARPI에게 직원들을 하나로 모으고, group news를 relay하며, HR highlights를 더 participatory한 방식으로 animate할 수 있는 internal digital support를 제공합니다.
우리는 ecological transformation에 committed한 유럽 산업 플레이어를 위해 internal communication, employee experience, field usage에 맞는 digital tools를 연결하는 프로젝트를 지원한 것을 자랑스럽게 생각합니다.
