고객 요구사항
Simago는 liberal medical imaging centre의 national network로, radiologist가 medical independence를 유지하면서 활동을 발전시킬 수 있도록 지원합니다. 그룹은 약 30개 그룹, 100개 distinct site, nearly 300 associated radiologists 또는 network member를 기반으로 합니다.
이 맥락에서 Simago는 major operational challenge를 도구화하고자 했습니다: imaging centre의 vacation과 replacement를 단순하고 안전하게 만드는 것입니다. 필요 범위는 independent physician이 자율적으로 사용할 수 있는 mobile app MVP와, group direction 및 centre가 offer, application, identity, notification을 follow할 수 있는 web back-office였습니다.
Bluesquare의 접근
우리는 essential flows를 커버하는 mobile application foundation을 개발했습니다: sign-up and login, replacement offer listing and detail, offer application, candidate identity validation, journey의 주요 event와 연결된 notifications.
운영 측면에서는 web back-office와 새로운 “Administrateur de Centre” role을 구축했습니다. display와 access rules를 통해 각 centre administrator는 자신의 centre에 연결된 offer만 읽고, 수정하고, 생성할 수 있으며, Simago 팀은 network 전체를 transverse하게 볼 수 있습니다.
미션에는 Simago identity에 필요한 interface adaptations(logo, texts, data fields), ticketing tool을 통한 pre-production 검수, quality and security controls, mobile app과 back-end의 production deployment 지원, secure private Git repo에 source code delivery도 포함되었습니다.
현재 상황
MVP는 Simago가 imaging centre를 위한 replacement process를 더 fluid하게 test하고 structure할 수 있게 하기 위한 것입니다. vacation diffusion, physician candidate qualification, group direction과 centre administrator 간 coordination을 더 쉽게 관리하도록 돕습니다.
우리는 검수, production deployment, Bluesquare Plus managed operations를 통해 Simago를 지원하고 있으며, 이는 imaging centre가 medical resources를 더 잘 조직하고 accessible care를 유지하도록 돕는 concrete healthcare challenge에 기여합니다.
