고객 요구사항
우리 고객은 polyester shell pool 제조뿐 아니라 maintenance, repair, upkeep, spare parts 판매를 여러 회사를 통해 운영하고 있습니다.
혁신적인 growth project의 일환으로 고객은 Ma Nouvelle Piscine을 출시하고자 했습니다. 이는 프랑스 전역의 전문 pool technician과 repairer를 모아, 고객이 maintenance, repair, upkeep에 필요한 qualified artisan을 적정 가격으로 쉽게 찾을 수 있게 하는 플랫폼입니다.
Bluesquare의 접근
프로젝트는 중요한 자문 및 specification 단계로 시작되었습니다: 개발 전 상세 functional brief를 설계하고, communication agency와 협력해 각 페이지의 graphic design과 상세 maquette을 검증했습니다.
개발에는 artisan의 intervention zone을 보여주고 근처의 가장 qualified한 후보를 선택하기 위한 mapping module, advanced payment system(escrow, intervention validation 후 release), 그리고 components용 external catalogue와 simple intervention용 forfait pricing을 기반으로 한 quote-building flow가 포함되었습니다.
완전한 web platform에 더해, iOS와 Android 모바일 앱으로도 전체 기능을 제공했습니다.
현재 상황
프로젝트는 현재 manouvellepiscine.com에서 production 중이며, 견적 생성과 intervention request를 trigger하는 데 매일 사용되고 있습니다.
또한 우리는 고객의 “Génération Piscine” 브랜드를 위해 온라인 상품 판매 사이트 구축과 SAV form 제작도 지원했습니다.
