Inside the project
Client brief
Téo is a national ophthalmology network that helps doctors structure and grow their practices across France. The group provides operational support - HR, accounting, administration, technical assistance and modernisation - while preserving medical independence.
Against this backdrop, Téo wanted to equip one of its key operational needs: making ophthalmology recruitment and locum cover smoother through EyeContact and a dedicated orthoptist variant. The scope covered the mobile candidate experience, a complementary web platform and a back-office allowing Téo teams and centre managers to publish, monitor and administer offers.
Our approach
We supported Téo in designing and building an MVP, then through several waves of product evolutions, leveraging the EyeContact experience to accelerate delivery while keeping an architecture tailored to the network's specific needs.
The delivered foundation covers the core journeys: secure sign-up and login, email validation, browsing replacement offers by geographic area, offer detail pages, applications, identity verification with secure document upload and email notifications for the main workflow events.
On the operations side, we built an API and administration back-office to manage users, roles, offers, applications, validation statuses and mission assignments. V2 evolutions then gave centre managers more autonomy: rights limited to their own scope, creation of doctors and offers, follow-up filters, internal processing statuses and clearer display of medical centres in offers.
V3 added a layer of engagement and product efficiency: availability entry by locum doctors, an aggregated back-office view, improved alert configuration, push notifications, RCP document management and user-profile pre-selection to prevent sign-up mistakes.
The project today
Téo now structures a network of 50+ practices across more than 30 French departments and supports 450+ partner doctors. The digital tools around EyeContact help that organisation by making offers, profile qualification and operational responsiveness easier to manage.
We are proud to support a company working on a concrete healthcare challenge: improving access to eye care in France, including in underserved areas, by giving medical and operational teams simpler, more reliable tools better suited to their day-to-day work.
