Inside the project
Client brief
Simago is a national network of independent medical imaging centres that supports radiologists in growing their practice while preserving their medical independence. The group brings together around 30 groups, 100 distinct sites and nearly 300 associated radiologists or network members.
In this context, Simago wanted to equip a major operational challenge: making medical imaging centre shifts and locum cover simpler and more secure. The scope focused on a mobile MVP that independent physicians could use autonomously, together with a web back-office allowing group management and centres to track offers, applications, identities and notifications.
Our approach
We built the mobile application foundation around the core workflows: sign-up and login, listing and detail pages for replacement offers, applications, candidate identity validation and notifications tied to the main journey events.
On the operations side, we set up a web back-office and a new Centre Administrator role. Display and access rules allow each centre administrator to read, edit and create only the offers attached to their own centre, while Simago teams retain a cross-network view.
The engagement also covered the interface adaptations required for the Simago identity - logo, wording and data fields -, acceptance testing in pre-production through a ticketing tool, quality and security controls, then support for production deployment of the mobile app and back-end, with source code delivered on a secure private Git repository.
The project today
The MVP is designed to help Simago test and structure a smoother locum process for its imaging centres, making shift distribution, physician-candidate qualification and coordination between group management and centre administrators easier to manage.
We support Simago through acceptance testing, production deployment and Bluesquare Plus managed services for the platform, serving a concrete healthcare challenge: helping imaging centres better organise their medical resources and maintain accessible care.
