Client brief
Our client operates several companies in fibreglass pool manufacturing as well as maintenance, repair, servicing and parts sales.
As part of an innovative growth bet, he wanted to launch Ma Nouvelle Piscine: a platform aggregating pool technicians and repairers across France, so customers could easily find a qualified artisan at the right price for any maintenance, repair or servicing job.
Our approach
The project opened with an extensive advisory and specification phase: a detailed functional brief written ahead of development, and a tight collaboration with a communications agency to validate the visual design and the wireframes for every page.
Development covered mapping modules to show each tradesperson's service area and pick the most qualified candidates nearby, an advanced payment system (escrow, release on job validation) and a quote-building flow drawing from an external catalogue for components and flat-rate pricing for standardised jobs.
Alongside the full web platform, we delivered the same feature set on an iOS / Android mobile app.
The project today
The project is now live on manouvellepiscine.com and used every day to generate quotes and trigger service requests.
We have also supported the client on launching online stores and customer service forms for their "Génération Piscine" brand.
