Client brief
Le Vélo du Soir is a Paris-based event caterer designing bespoke culinary experiences for companies: seminars, cocktails, buffets, breakfasts, breaks and client events. The company stands out through a creative and committed approach, with responsible sourcing, short supply chains, sustainable recipes and ISO 20121 certification for responsible events.
In 2019, the start-up wanted to redesign its marketing website to support the development of its online activity. The goal was to make the offer easier to understand, better express the brand universe and create a digital touchpoint able to turn visitors into quote requests more effectively.
Our approach
We supported Le Vélo du Soir through a complete website redesign, with a particular focus on offer clarity, conversion journeys and expressing the brand's culinary and responsible identity.
The project covered the site architecture, responsive integration, highlighting the main types of corporate events, showcasing CSR commitments and creating more direct entry points toward quote requests.
The engagement was run in a close, reactive format suited to a start-up: scoping needs, prioritising key content, development, visual adjustments and progressive go-live of the new marketing website.
The project today
Le Vélo du Soir continues to grow as a caterer for companies in Paris and the wider Île-de-France region, with an offer structured around corporate events, bespoke services and an increasingly assertive sustainable approach.
