Client brief
Fincome lets SaaS operators and founders drive their growth by accessing and analysing all their KPIs in real time.
The client had a high-level brief (main building blocks and functional schema) and was looking for a partner able to advise both on technical choices (architecture, stack…) and functional ones (development priorities) before shipping the first commercial release.
Our approach
Our engagement followed our three core values - Advise, Build, Entrepreneur - giving the early decisions room to breathe before kicking off the implementation.
We then delivered all the web development (excluding the Python computation engine) in a responsive build, advised on advanced graphic design pieces and acted as a partner on parts of the client's internal corporate setup.
The project today
Alongside the launch, the founders pivoted the business model to avoid head-on competition with large US players like Silvr and to make the most of the KPI engine they had built. The start-up raised €1M in October 2022 from Accel (Starter Program) and well-known French and international tech angels, and internalised its engineering with our support.
We're proud to count among Fincome's first customers, as "Boost" - a subsidiary of the Bluesquare group - uses their SaaS analytics product and revenue-based financing offer for small and mid-sized SaaS companies.
