Inside the project
Client brief
Le Conservatoire du Coq Gaulois is a French non-profit (loi 1901) based in the Aube département, working to protect the "Gaulois" rooster breed - a symbol of France - by bringing together a network of amateur breeders around a conservatory.
The association wanted a showcase website presenting the conservatory's activities, with a polished, bespoke design true to its visual identity and values. Two structuring requirements: being able to administer the content fully on their own afterwards, and keeping enough flexibility to grow the platform later (online shop, members' area, etc.).
Our approach
We took on the entire project for the client: choosing the WordPress technical architecture, configuring and provisioning the servers for go-live, integrating the visual identity and the bespoke design they wanted, then building and configuring the pages.
The work was carried out in close iterations with the association, to land on the highest-quality site possible - one that faithfully reflects the conservatory's values and visual identity.
The project today
Le Conservatoire du Coq Gaulois's showcase website is now live. On top of the build, we ran training sessions to get the team comfortable with WordPress administration.
The goal: guarantee their full autonomy over the future management and evolution of the site - text changes, new pages, blog posts and everything else the platform needs to stay alive.
